WebReports Module
WebReports is a web-based application for running reports on Mainsaver data. Being web-based, WebReports can be accessed from any remote client browser.
Does not require any Mainsaver client-side software (need only Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader on client)
The initial standard report suite includes the Mainsaver KPI reports; there are 10 reports total. Suggestions for additional reports are welcome and will be considered for future releases.
WebReports is developed in PowerBuilder 11.5.
Customize It
WebReports can be customized as a technical service offering:
Customer provides Mainsaver development with an existing custom report
(or a specification for a new custom report)
Mainsaver Development migrates the report to PowerBuilder 11.5, making modifications as needed.
Custom report will be distributed to the customer’s web server.
Web Server Requirements:
Web server running Windows 2003 Server or later operating system, with the following components installed:
-Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) version 6.0 or higher.
-Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 or 3.5 (including ASP.NET)
-Sybase PowerBuilder .NET Runtime (included with WebReports installation package)
-Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions (included with WebReports installation package)
-GPL Ghostscript
Client Requirements:
-Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later
-Adobe Acrobat Reader
