Professional Services Consultant - MRO/CMMS

Mainsaver currently has an opening for a Professional Services Consultant. We are looking for a candidate experienced in implementation of CMMS software. Essential skills include the ability to work directly with clients at all levels within the organization, lead business process discoveries, generate Project Requirements Analysis documents, and apply Mainsaver software functions to business workflows. Activities will include hardware and third-party software installation and configuration, installation and configuration of the Mainsaver Software, specification and development of interfaces to existing systems, data mapping and cleaning, and end user training. The candidate should have experience with Mainsaver or other CMMS packages, Infomaker, or Crystal Reports, as well as a good understanding of maintenance practices including; Preventive Maintenance programs, maintenance planning and scheduling, and storeroom management and procurement.

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Work with client as project lead throughout the development cycle from initial requirements analysis to production implementation. 2. Maintain high awareness of MRO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) 3. Communicate and manage customer expectations relating to project deliverables and timelines. 4. Provide comprehensive CMMS training. 5. Identify further software and Professional Service revenue opportunities within the client site. 6. Design and tailor systems to client requirements. 7. Design technical and functional specifications. 8. Extensive travel required .

Essential Knowledge & Skills 1. 5 - 10 years experience in a maintenance management, planning, scheduling, engineering or operations role 2. Experience in a project management or consulting role is desirable as is experience with CMMS tools 3. Must be able to perform analysis, requirements definition, solution specification, project planning and technical support. 4. Must be familiar with CMMS software core products and services and implementation methodologies. 5. Must have excellent presentation, organization and planning skills. 6. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. 7. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. 8. Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines. 9. General Knowledge of:

Infomaker, Crystal Reports, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Sybase SQL Anywhere Databases, PowerBuilder Development Tools, Microsoft Office Product Suite, Microsoft 200x, XP Operating Systems, Microsoft IIS Citrix Tools, VPN WebX
