San Diego, CA – September 22, 2020: Siemens Energy continues to expand its use of the Mainsaver product throughout its managed power generation facilities. The Mainsaver product was recently implemented at the Siemens operated facility located in Lincoln County, near Charlotte, North Carolina. The facility is currently constructing a 400 megawatt addition that incorporates a new “first of its kind” natural gas turbine from Siemens.
As with other Siemens operated generation facilities, the Mainsaver product will be utilized for asset life cycle management to include, PM and corrective work order processing as well as parts and materials procurement. With the addition of the Lincoln County site, Siemens will now utilize Mainsaver in over 10 power generation facilities, located across both North and South America.
